Northern Vision Development LP and Ketza  Group are partnering on the development of Whitehorse’s premier residential and commercial community on the banks of the Yukon River. On an eight acre parcel of land stretching from Spook Creek Station, home of Earls Restaurant, and Boston Pizza, the companies will build a high end residential and commercial community that sets a new standard for urban living in Whitehorse.

The first phase of the residential project will be a 20 unit condo tower comprised of one and two bedroom condo units that will be priced between $360,000 and $540,000.
