Ketza Construction provides opportunities for entry level staff, experienced trades persons and experienced professionals in its growing environment. Our employees are offered opportunities to work in operational situations such as pre-construction services, estimating, project management, or field operations either on-site or at our corporate office and experience the construction process first hand.
An apprenticeship program is available to our entry level staff that allows each of these employees to realize his/her potential while charting a long-term career with Ketza. Seasoned professionals are placed in challenging positions with support to learn from Ketza Construction.
