About this Project

The project consists of 6, 2 bedroom, 2 story low cost housing units located on the waterfront of downtown Carmacks, Yukon. Riverbend homes is designed with high efficiency building envelope and modeled to an EnerGuide 85 rating. This is to ensure the building maintains maximum efficiency for the harsh climate of the northern community. The project was in part of a Yukon Housing initiative to bring premium low cost housing into the community of Carmacks.
