About this Project
Jiffy Lube Whitehorse was constructed with a raft slab and structural steel support system in the basement and wood frame construction on the main level. The north wall was framed with steel stud and fire rated to meet city code requirement. The main level has concrete poured on q deck.
This project was initiated and executed under a fast tracked schedule to allow for operation to open in the good weather of 2015.
